Current status
Universe is intentionally not presented as a shipped 1.0 surface. The current runtime truth centers the map-first shell, story workflow, Trust File path, and verifier checks.
Why this page still exists
The repository contains significant design and implementation work around ECHO Universe 3D. Removing all references would create a different kind of drift by erasing architectural history. This page keeps that context visible while making the release boundary honest.

- Design-system and rendering exploration history.
- Future research path for spatial source navigation.
- Reference point for commands, overlays, and 3D interaction concepts.
Not valid to assume
- That Universe is part of the canonical 1.0 workflow.
- That production verification currently depends on Universe.
- That all historical 3D command references are active runtime contract.
